Includes discussing the project in full and taking all necessary measurements and data required to accurately design your dream extension.

Design and Preparation of Plans (Stage 1) - From £2,500.00

Includes all existing plans and proposed designs required for the Council e.g Elevations, Floor Plans, Sections, Site Layouts.
Add Virtual Reality Experience from only £400.00 extra

Submission Package - £250.00

Includes:

Preparation of all relevant forms
OS Maps and Block Plans
Planning Statement
Submission and Tracking of Application

All Prices Exclude VAT

Design and Preparation of Plans (Stage 2) - From £2,000.00

Includes all plans, sections and detail required for building regulations approval.

Submission of Application - £200.00

Includes preparation and submission of all relevant forms.

Sewer Utility Agreement
