Single Storey Rear Extension
Based in a private gated complex, this beautiful mid terrace dwelling was let down by a conservatory which was to hot to use in the summer and to cold to use in the winter.
Our client commissioned LPS Architecture to design a rear extension to replace the conservatory. By special request we were asked to utilise the existing boundary walls to reduce the overall cost of the build.
