LPS were appointed to design a side/rear extension to this clients home.
As a property developer our job is to maximise the potential of the property. For this proposal we took a risk and strayed outside of the Councils planning policy by extending the entire side of the out rigger. To make our chances of gaining approval greater we insured that the design minimised the impact on the neighbour by ensuring the roof height remain as low as possible.
