Thank You Appeal Inspector!

Following a shock refusal from Woking Council on a two storey rear extension, the team just new that the Planning Officers decision was not right. 
Thanks to the knowledge of our specialist team of Planners we were positive that we could win the scheme at appeal. 

We compiled a strong case for the refusal to be overturned which detailed local policies that the Council had disregarded and misinterpreted.
Following the submission of the appeal the assigned inspector visited our clients site and agreed with us resulting in the granting of permission.
