With only 10 weeks until Christmas our clients tasked us with getting planning permission and building regulations so the extension could be finished before good old St Nick made his visit.
6 weeks to go and we are happy that planning permission and building regulations approval has been granted.
By utilising our Fast Track service, the LPS team worked around the clock to have the designs ready to submit in 48 hrs.
Once approved it was a further 48 hours and the construction drawings were complete.
Now its over to the builder to get this extension constructed in time...Good Luck
