Extensions and Loft Conversions
When it comes to Green Belt land and Central Bedfordshire Council you know it is going to be difficult. However our great team of architecture and planning experts pulled together to come up with a scheme to remodel this unpleasing property into a new, extended and improved 4/5 bedroom house.
After initial support from the Council during a pre-application meeting, we went forward with the full application, only to be told 1 week before the decision date that the planning officer had gone against the advice they gave and decided that changes need to be made.
Thankfully due to some good negotiations from the team we managed to get to a point where both the Council and our client were happy.
